I’m curious about a lot of things.

I like building, learning, and figuring things out. That might happen through leadership and technology, time with my family, life on our farm, or whatever project or hobby catches my interest.

Experience

Work I’m proud of and lessons I’ve learned.

01

Bringing clarity to complex work

Coordinated about 20 concurrent initiatives across more than 15 leaders while helping improve throughput predictability from 68% to 91% and reduce carryover from 33% to about 1%.

02

Developing people and better ways of working

Mentored more than seven associates into Agile leadership roles, including four full-time Scrum Masters. Helped improve average team-health scores from 5.3 to 8.9 and create delivery standards adopted across more than 30 teams.

03

Learning by doing

Learned by taking on unfamiliar challenges: building a comic business, paying down debt and helping others budget, becoming a first-generation farmer, caring for our property, and finding better ways to balance work, health, and family.
